Age categories of tickets
| Adult: 12 years old or older | Adult fares |

| Children: 6 years old or older and younger than 12 | Child fares (12 years old to elementary school age students are children) |
| Infants: 1 year old or older and before 6 years old | Free (Child fares are applied if they use a train alone) |
| Babies: Before 1 year old | Free |
※When infants use a train accompanied by an adult or child, fares are not charged for up to two infants per adult or child, and child fares are charged from the third infant.
Validity period of tickets
Tickets are valid only on the day of purchase.
Stopover
No stopover is permitted. If you get off before your stop, the rest will become invalid, and the ticket will be collected.

On or after the following day
Lost articles found at each station are collected by the Lost and Found Center (in Urawa-misono Station) on the following day (although those found during night hours may be collected the day after next) and stored for a certain period of time and then moved to a police office. On or after the following day you lost the article, please contact the Lost and Found Center.
※When receiving your lost article, please bring an official certificate (or a letter of proxy if someone else will retrieve your property.)
